Comparison of smart wiring systems TECO and LOXON when designing of a family house

Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání konkurenčních systémů inteligentní elektroinstalace TECO a LOXONE při realizaci projektové dokumentace rodinného domu. Hlavním důvodem této práce je stále se rozšiřující dostupnost systémových elektroinstalací. V úvodní části práce je provedeno seznámení s problematikou systémové techniky budov. Objasnění rozdílů mezi klasickou elektroinstalací a instalací s využitím inteligentních systémů. Postupně je popsána historie, vývoj a současnost inteligentní elektroinstalace. Následuje představení a výčet několika vybraných systémů dostupných na našem trhu, princip jejich funkce, jejich přednosti a využití. V praktické části bakalářské práce byl vytvořen návrh inteligentního systému rodinného domu v systému TECO a LOXONE pro porovnání obou variant. Následně bylo provedeno technické a ekonomické srovnání jednotlivých systémů, jejich výhody a nevýhody.The aim of this thesis is to compare the competing systems of smart electrical wiring by TECO and LOXONE when implemented in family home project documentation. The main reason for this thesis is the ever expanding range of available wiring systems. The introductory part presents the topic of building installation systems and clarifies the differences between conventional and smart electrical wiring systems. The history, development and present of smart wiring are described. This is followed by the introduction of a few selected systems available in our market, their operation principle, advantages and applications. In the practical part of the thesis, a project of a smart system for a single family home was created using two systems TECO and LOXONE, which are subsequently compared. Furthermore, a comparison of technical and economic aspects of the two systems was performed, determining their advantages and disadvantages.420 - Katedra elektrotechnikyvýborn

Creating a Design Documentation for a Building with Increased Energy Independence

Cílem diplomové práce bude vytvoření projektové dokumentace budovy se zvýšenou energetickou nezávislostí. Úvodem bude popsána problematika budov s nízkou energetickou náročností a jejich kategorické rozdělení. Dále se práce bude zabývat základním legislativním rámcem provozování slunečních elektráren a jejich připojování do distribuční soustavy, jejich ochranou před bleskem a přepětím a rovněž aktuálními dotačními možnostmi. Práce bude rovněž obsahovat popis komponentů, které budou použity k řízení systémů v budově. Hlavní části diplomové práce bude zpracování projektové dokumentace s návrhem fotovoltaického systému. V závěru práce bude provedeno energetické a ekonomické zhodnocení navrženého systému.The aim of the thesis is to create a project documentation of a building with increased energy independence. At the beginning, the issue of low-energy buildings and their categorical division will be described. Furthermore, the thesis will deal with the basic legislative framework for operating solar power plants and also their connection to the distribution system, their protection against lightning and overvoltage, as well as current subsidy options. The work will also include a description of the components that will be used to control the systems in the building. The main part of the thesis will be the processing of project documentation with the design of the photovoltaic system. Review of modern numerical methods for a simple vanilla option pricing problem

Option pricing is a very attractive issue of financial engineering and optimization. The problem of determining the fair price of an option arises from the assumptions made under a given financial market model. The increasing complexity of these market assumptions contributes to the popularity of the numerical treatment of option valuation. Therefore, the pricing and hedging of plain vanilla options under the Black–Scholes model usually serve as a bench-mark for the development of new numerical pricing approaches and methods designed for advanced option pricing models. The objective of the paper is to present and compare the methodological concepts for the valuation of simple vanilla options using the relatively modern numerical techniques in this issue which arise from the discontinuous Galerkin method, the wavelet approach and the fuzzy transform technique. A theoretical comparison is accompanied by an empirical study based on the numerical verification of simple vanilla option prices. The resulting numerical schemes represent a particularly effective option pricing tool that enables some features of options that are depend-ent on the discretization of the computational domain as well as the order of the polynomial approximation to be captured better

Residential building

The subject of the thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Olomouc (village Hejčín). It is an object with one underground floor and three above-ground floors. There are 9 residential units in the building. On the first floor there are 3 housing units, one of which is adapted for wheelchair use. There are also 3 dwelling units with the same layout on the second and third floors. The building is designed as a masonry from a construction system of sand-lime blocks. The ceiling structure is made as a ribbed construction consisting of prestressed beams and concrete inserts. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The project documentation also includes a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou Mikroregionu Chrudimsko a jeho vlivem na území mikroregionu. První kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na teorii regionu a na právní úpravu dobrovolných svazků obcí. Studium této práce umožňuje čtenáři získat celkový přehled o hydraulických, vzduchových a jiných systémech užívaných v aktivních podvozcích, používaných v osobních automobilech, autobusech a nákladních vozech. Shock absorber with the disc springs

Tato práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem teleskopického tlumiče pérování s talířovými pružinami. Je zde popis funkce vytváření útlumových sil. Práce poskytuje základní přehled o zatěžovacích stavech tlumiče při provozu ve vozidle. Je zde proveden zjednodušený návrh parametrů pružin. Z těchto parametrů je pak provedena analýza napěťových stavů v jednotlivých součástech.This thesis deals with the engineering design of the telescopic shock absorber with the disc springs. There is the description of the function of the attenuation forces formation. This thesis provides the basic overview of the loading stages of the absorber in the process of the run in the motor vehicle. There is realized the simplified draft of the spring parametres as well.
